This Privacy Policy explains how Apsterio Apps (“Apsterio Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the AntiqKeeper mobile application (the “App”). It also explains your choices and rights.

1. Privacy at a Glance

• AntiqKeeper does not require an account or profile.
• Your collection, saved reports, notes, chat history, and item photos are stored locally on your device.
• Photos and item details you choose to analyze are sent to OpenAI through AIProxy to produce the requested result.
• Apple and RevenueCat process subscription and purchase-status information. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• The App uses security identifiers and a Keychain marker to protect AI requests and prevent repeated use of the one free identification.
• The App does not contain third-party advertising, does not use data for cross-app tracking, and does not sell personal information.

2. Information We Process

A. Content You Choose to Submit

Depending on the feature you use, this can include:

• photos selected from your library or taken with the camera;
• item descriptions, marks, dimensions, condition notes, purchase details, family history, and other notes;
• questions and recent chat context sent to the AI assistant;
• saved AI analysis, selling drafts, and marketplace research queries.

Only photos you select or capture for the App are processed. Before local storage or AI transmission, AntiqKeeper resizes and re-encodes submitted images as JPEG files; this is designed to remove embedded EXIF and GPS metadata.

B. Collection Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores item records, photos, thumbnails, AI results, notes, chat history, favorites, sale status, preferences, cached exchange rates, and related app settings locally in the App’s container on your device. This data is used to display and manage your collection and to create exports you request.
