Getting Started

How do I create my first script? Open CueRoll, tap New Script, and either type your text, paste it, or tap the AI button to generate one from a short brief.

Can I import scripts from other apps? Yes. CueRoll accepts plain text, Markdown, and pasted content from any source. Use the share sheet from another app or paste directly into a new script.

Where are my recordings saved? Recordings stay inside CueRoll until you export them. You can save to your Photos library or share to your editing app of choice.

iPad + iPhone Remote

How do I pair my iPhone with my iPad? Install CueRoll on both devices, sign in to the same Apple ID, make sure both are on the same Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth is enabled, then tap Pair Devices on the iPad. Your iPhone will appear automatically.

The devices won't pair. What now? Check that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, that Bluetooth is enabled, and that CueRoll has Local Network permission in iOS Settings. Restarting both apps clears most pairing issues.

Can I use CueRoll on just one device? Yes. The iPhone-only and iPad-only workflows are fully supported. The remote pairing is optional.
