Your privacy is paramount. Fasto: AI Calorie Counter (the "App") is designed to minimize the collection of personal data. However, certain data is processed locally and transmitted to necessary third-party services to deliver core functionalities (AI analysis and subscription management).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Fasto: AI Calorie Counter does not collect, store, or share any personal identifying information (PII) from its users, such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal data to use the App's core features.

2. Local Data Storage and User Input

Any personal or health-related data you input into the App is stored exclusively locally on your device and is nottransmitted to our external servers. This includes:

• Fasting schedules and history
• Water intake and logs
• Weight logs, BMI, and body measurements
• Step counts and activity data (if synced from Apple Health, see Section 5)

This local data remains under your control and is essential for the App’s functionality.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

The App integrates with the following critical third-party services to provide core paid and advanced functionalities. Data is shared only to the extent necessary for these specific functions:

A. AI Calorie and Macro Analysis (OpenAI & Aiproxy)

When you use the AI Photo Scan feature, the following data is processed:

• Data Shared: The image (photo) of the meal you select and any accompanying text prompt is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) via a secure proxy layer (Aiproxy).
• Purpose: The image is used solely to return the calculated nutritional values (calories, protein, carbs, fat).
• Retention: Fasto does not store these images on its servers. We rely on the third-party providers' policies regarding image processing.
