StuffID uses advanced AI (powered by OpenAI and Google Gemini) to identify items. Take a photo of an item or point your camera at it, and the app will recognize it, fill in the details, and add it to your inventory. You can organize items across multiple homes and rooms, and your data syncs across your devices via iCloud.
Pretty much anything you own — electronics, appliances, furniture, tools, clothing, collectibles, kitchenware, jewelry, and more. StuffID is useful for home inventory, insurance documentation, moving, downsizing, estate planning, or simply knowing what you have and where it is.
A "home" is a separate inventory space. You can create one for your main residence, another for a vacation home, a storage unit, an office, or a parent's house you're helping organize. Each home can have its own rooms and items, and Pro users get unlimited homes.
All paid plans unlock unlimited items, unlimited homes, unlimited AI scans, and priority iCloud sync.
Lifetime is a single one-time payment that gives you Pro access for as long as the app continues to operate, with no auto-renewal. Weekly and Yearly are recurring subscriptions billed by Apple until you cancel. Lifetime users still rely on the same AI providers and infrastructure, so service availability follows the same terms as subscribers.
