Urgent help

Calls, texts, websites, notifications, and App Store activity may remain in device, carrier, browser, Screen Time, Apple Account, or network history. Use the safest available device and method.

• iOS version and device model;
• the screen or feature involved;
• what you expected;
• what happened; and
