By downloading, installing, or using the PicRenew app (“App” or “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PicRenew is an iOS application that restores and stylizes photos using AI technology provided by third-party vendors (currently OpenAI, Google Gemini, Replicate). Results are generated automatically and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies.
Access to generation features is offered via subscription:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Free tier: one (1) image generation per user/account/device.
We may change prices, subscription terms, or benefits prospectively. Any material changes will be communicated in-app or on our website.
Refunds: All in-app purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Note: Subscription access is subject to the usage caps in Section 4.
To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, the following caps apply per account across all devices:
When a cap is reached, requests may be queued, rate-limited, or temporarily blocked until usage falls below the cap. We may adjust caps from time to time to maintain service stability; any material changes will be communicated in-app.
Circumvention prohibited: Creating multiple accounts, device spoofing, automation/scripting, or other methods intended to bypass or inflate limits are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination under Section 10.
