TinyWeek is a private pregnancy companion for iPhone. For help, email [email protected] or open Settings → Contact support. Please include your app version, iOS version, and a brief description of the issue. Avoid sending pregnancy or medical details unless needed for your question.
TinyWeek is free to download. Free access includes the current week, basic timeline, one Ask AI question, and three journal entries. Premium unlocks additional weekly cards, unlimited Ask AI questions, planning tools, counters, charts, and PDF memory book export.
Prices, currency, taxes, eligibility, and the final payment terms are displayed by Apple before purchase. The local $49.99 Pregnancy Pass is a test product and is not currently available in App Store Connect.
Open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases, or tap Restore on the Premium screen. Use the same Apple Account as the original purchase. If it still does not restore, restart the app and contact support with the approximate purchase date and Apple receipt details. Do not email payment card details.
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TinyWeek, or use Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription in TinyWeek. Apple manages billing and plan changes. Cancel before the renewal date Apple displays; allow at least 24 hours to avoid an imminent renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple’s cancellation guide.
Use Apple’s Report a Problem. Apple decides eligibility and processes App Store refunds; TinyWeek support cannot directly reverse an Apple charge.
The pregnancy profile, journal, photos, checklists, counters, and AI conversation history are stored locally on the iPhone. There is no TinyWeek account or app-level cloud sync. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings. A new phone can recover local data from an appropriate iPhone backup; an App Store purchase can be restored separately using the original Apple Account. Use Settings → Export my data (JSON) for a structured export. Premium users can also make a PDF memory book. Use Settings → Delete all data to remove local app data, or delete the app. A shared export remains wherever you save or send it. Apple Health weight records, device backups, and Apple purchase records are managed separately; local deletion does not cancel a subscription.
Check your internet connection and try again. Ask AI needs the AI provider. Some safety-sensitive questions are answered locally with a prompt to seek professional help. AI output is educational and may be inaccurate. For urgent symptoms, contact your clinician, maternity unit, or local emergency services immediately.
