This Privacy Policy explains how Apsterio Apps (“Apsterio Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Wishfreeze mobile application, including its widgets, Share extension, Shop Shield extensions, Siri and Shortcuts actions (together, the “App”). It also explains your choices and rights.
1. Privacy at a Glance
- Wishfreeze does not require an account, sign-in, name, or email address.
- Your list — items, photos, links, prices, decisions, goals, and SOS sessions — is stored on your device and, if iCloud sync is on, in your own private iCloud database. We cannot access it.
- AI autofill is optional. A photo, screenshot, or page text is sent to OpenAI through our AI proxy (AIProxy) only after you agree on an in-app consent screen and only when you ask for AI autofill.
- Shop Shield uses Apple’s Screen Time framework. Wishfreeze never learns which apps or websites you pick or how you use them, and no Screen Time data leaves your device.
- Apple and RevenueCat process subscription and purchase information. We never receive your payment-card details.
- The App contains no advertising and no analytics SDKs, does not track you across other companies’ apps and websites, and does not sell personal information.
2. Information We Process
A. Your List and Settings
When you use the App, it stores the information you enter or choose to save, which can include:
- item titles, prices, currencies, store names, product links, notes, categories, and product photos;
- why an item tempted you (for example, an ad, a sale, an influencer, boredom, stress, or FOMO), how much you wanted it, the cooling time you chose, and your decisions (Bought it, Nah, Wishlist, Wait more);
- goals and the amounts you direct toward them;
- SOS breathing sessions and how you felt afterward;
- answers from onboarding (for example, a rough monthly estimate of regretted spending and, in some languages, your preferred form of address) and optional settings such as your hourly income, currencies, and notification window.
This information is used only to run the App’s features: reminders, the saved counter, prices in hours of work, goals, insights, the monthly recap, and widgets.
Your list is stored in the App’s container on your device. If iCloud sync is on (Settings → Your data), items, photos, goals, and history are also synced through Apple’s CloudKit private database in your own iCloud account so they appear on your other devices. Data in your private iCloud database is controlled by Apple and your Apple Account; Apsterio Apps cannot read it. App settings are stored on your device.
B. Camera and Photos
