We usually reply within a few business days. To help us look into it, include your device model, iOS version, Wishfreeze version (shown in Settings → About), a short description of what happened, and screenshots if useful. Please don’t send passwords or payment-card details.

How Wishfreeze Works

1. Put it on ice. Tap + and add something you’re tempted to buy: take a photo, pick a screenshot, paste a link, or type it. You can also share a product straight from Safari or a shopping app.
2. Let it cool. Choose a cooling time from 1 day to 1 month.
3. Decide with a clear head. When the time is up, Wishfreeze sends a reminder and asks: Bought it, Nah, Wishlist, or Wait more.
4. See what you keep. Every “Nah” adds to your saved counter. Point that money at a goal and watch your progress.

Free and Wishfreeze Pro

Subscription Plans

Wishfreeze Pro is currently offered on the US App Store as:

• Weekly: US$3.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Yearly: US$19.99 per year, with no trial unless Apple’s purchase sheet says otherwise.

Prices vary by country and currency. The price, taxes, trial eligibility, and subscription terms shown on Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet are the final terms for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If notifications are allowed, Wishfreeze reminds you about 24 hours before a free trial ends.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
